Large living room with separate bedroom. There was a well equipped, small kitchenette. A large, very clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. There were several facilities for fishermen. It was very pleasant to sit on the deck and watch the birds. It was a short walk to the river. There were laundry facilities on site. We loved the place.

We were there to attend my daughter's football tournament week. It was located close to Crown Park, which was very convenient. We loved our time there and even extended for one more night. Our host was excellent and accommodating, even when we requested a late check-out. She was most accommodating, which was appreciated, given that I had recently undergone surgery and rushing to check out was a bit challenging for me at the time. Thank you, so, so much for a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back again!

The kids loved the cinema room. having our own garage space downstairs was amazing making it easy to come and go as we please. The central location makes it easy to walk around Taupo with access to everything we needed, very close to the lake (5mins) and shops. Everything was very comfortable and clean.
