Some chalets have mountain views. We have a 16 person meeting room, access to 3 deep soak hot tubs, infrared sauna and a vending machine for drinks and snacks plus a Bike washing station. Clean, tidy and had all the essential facilities. We stayed here for 2 nights to complete the tongariro alpine crossing. The spa pool and sauna is a must try after a long hiking stay.

In the king deluxe we stayed in need to put a pantry in that cubby hole maybe few more shelves to put your shopping on :-) and another rail sp you can pull Your self up from In the bath but yes great bed was so good ill stay again thanks

We loved our stay at Bernie and Marie's home. They both made us feel warm and welcome with their kindness and even as hosts went the extra mile for all of their guests, we were there for one night and the only thing we regret is not staying for a longer duration. 10/10 outstanding service. All the amenities were functioning and excellently maintained. The room size was superb. The apartment's location was excellent. The hot tub and sauna were really nice. There were plenty of nice restaurants , convenience stores and attractions nearby. Parking was available and convenient. The staff members were attentive and helpful and gave us some great tips for sightseeing and shopping.

plenty of beds always warm when we got back from the snow and always happy workers greeting you and have the most welcoming every time you walk in and best of all they where amazing to our kids and made our 5 year old so happy on her birthday with a special treat for her the food was outstanding and great portions for the price you pay and fast service also location is great it’s in the middle of everywhere we wanted to visit thanks too all the team we diffs coming back

This was a great choice for a stopover on a long drive. The location is excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the room immaculate, with a lovely view of Mt Ruapehu. We had all the facilities needed, and everything was clean and new. We also enjoyed the fact that it was off-season, so nice and peaceful, and superb weather. We weren't expecting luxury, nor a basic lodge. This was better than expected.
