Very nice restaurant with variety of food and fair prices. The food was delicious. The facilities are clean and good preserved. The rooms are spacious with amazing views. We would come back.

The hotel also features a bar and a restaurant, Paprika, which serves Peruvian dishes as well as the traditional pisco sour. 24-hour room service is also available. The bed was comfortable, and although the rooms are not soundproof, the hotel is surrounded by a large park, so it is relatively quiet. The decoration of the hotel is very tasteful, and for being an older property, it is well maintained. A special mention to the staff: they made it a truly unique and enjoyable experience. When we had a problem with the water in the bathroom, they promptly sent a person to fix it. When we asked to change the shampoo and soap devices, they did it as soon as possible. We asked for extra complimentary bottled water and they provided that. We wanted to use the jacuzzi of the hotel, but because of maintenance, they offered us to use the jacuzzi in a suite. Due to a delay with the availability of the suite, they offered complimentary room service and let us stay as much as we wanted in that suite.

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Tidy apartment complex in Arequipa. You'll need a taxi/Uber to get to the historic center, but it's not far. The apartment itself is a little bit smaller than I expected from the photos, but good enough for 2 people. Note that there were no shampoo etc provided as indicated on the photos. We used the laundry and gym facilities. Laundry was a bit of a hassle because you need to ask the concierge for the time etc., but overall it's convenient to have this possibility (just needs some planning). The property manager is very responsive on the Booking app and the people on site are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and has an attached restaurant that I ate at for both nights I stayed. It was a lovely stay and I couldn’t recommend more for people who need a bit of peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle.

The casitas are small villas, each with a private exterior hot tub, tastefully decorated and fully comfortable. The valley-view casitas offer more privacy than garden-view. The staff is very cordial and efficient, always taking care of guests (e.g., we needed oxygen and they provided it promptly). We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect to relax, disconnect and enjoy the property.
