The location was perfect in General Luna, close to night life and restaurants. John were helpful at all times, and made sure the trip was both great and safe. The room had what we needed, and we enjoyed the kitchen and living room a lot. Would come back!

The accommodation features a concierge service, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. My stay at Las Palmas was lovely and the property is stunning! The staff (Kim, Pamela and the waiting team) had a very strong attention to detail and made sure guests were welcomed. Rooms were beautifully styled and very comfy. I loved the pool and vibe of the place and was a great place to relax. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. The location of the hotel is very good with lots of cafes and dining options in walking distance and is away from the noise of the main General Luna area. Cloud 9 is 5 mins away by tuktuk or bike. One small thing to improve might be having thicker blinds or curtains in the room as it gets light very early at 5.30am and there was a top window that lets in all the light. The hotel does kindly provide eye masks, but it could do with some extra blackout so you're not disturbed so early.

The resort has a terrace and sea views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Everything was great at Punta Punta Surf Retreat. We stayed for 1 week and loved everything about it. The owners and staff were very helpful and accommodating, even with some changes we had to make during our visit. The Retreat is lovely decorated, with a great ocean view. We booked surf-lessons directly there and got introduced to very great surf-instructors, thank you for that. One more thing: Breakfast is the best we‘ve had in a very long time :)

This place is AMAZING! The staff are so attentive and courteous, they’ve helped us with everything, we absolutely loved them! Great location, just a few minutes walk from the General Luna. The hotel is exceptional ! The rooms are so big and cozy, the bed is huge, the shower is big and has enough place for two people. And they’ve thought of everything! There’s a mini fridge in your room with lots of stuff, complimentary drinking water, beach towels, umbrellas for rainy days etc.. You can even order food from the hotel restaurant to your room! And the food is absolutely amazing! The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the whole resort is magical !

We had such a great week staying in this beautiful luxurious apartment in the heart of Dapa just 5 min walking to the port. It had all the comforts we needed to after spending almost a month in the Philippines. The owner checked on us since the very beginning just to make sure that our staying was as we expected and actually it exceeded it. The apartment has a very comfy beds, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen and the best bathroom with a huge shower and the Aircon works perfectly!! And the best part was the terrace where we could have a great times at sunset and sunrise! We were very happy with the caretaker and the maintenance guy who are such a reliable people and looked after us! The owner and the staff solved in a blink of an eye any single issue that we had...they actually brought a generator very quickly in order to not letting us without electricity when a power cut happened and we could rent a motorbike from them which allowed us to travel troughout the island very comfortably and for a cheap price. So we couldn't be more satisfied with our staying!!! Do not hesitate to choose this great apartment when you decide to stay in Siargao even for one night!
