Unfortunately, our stay was very short as we had to fly very early in the morning, but the room was very cosy, it has all the requirement for a family, bed was very comfortable, and location was very good.

The leisure facilities were great especially the salt rooms steam room and cold water bucket. The children loved the wave pool. We went half board and the food was brilliant . Lots of fresh fish and huge selection. Outside hot tubs were great.

It is located at the foot of Beskidy Mountains, of the Wapienica Valley in Bielsko-Biala. Very beautiful hotel. And spa. Breakfast was great. Convinient car parking next to hotel. Restoran was also great.

We really enjoyed the possibility of self check-in and check-out, you don't have to worry about the keys and stuff because everything was working thanks to access codes, so you can come in and out whenever. The apartment itself was SO BEAUTIFUL really, very nice and cozy, you have everything you can possibly need in there. We spent only one night but it was very nice stay, the city view from the balcony was just wow in the night! The parking lot in the garage was also very nice bonus. Also we took advantage of the breakfast because it was very close to the apartment, you just come in, pick your breakfast and drink, they write down your name and thats basically it. You show them the messages from Booking too, so they now its not some scam 😄 Thank you for the nice stay!
