This hotel deserves top ratings. Almost verything was perfect. It's biggest asset are the people who work there. They are very nice and always try to help. The receptionists, the people in the breakfast room - everyone. The second best thing about the hotel is the room size: Massive! I had Meta Quest virtual reality glasses with me, and for the first time I had enough space to play some of the games. Not even at home do I have so much space. Another great thing is the location. Minutes walking to the historical center, to the river Danube, or to the public transport hub at Šafárikovo námestie. Eurovea shopping center is also within a comfortable walking distance. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, especialy the selection of fresh fruits. The room was clean and comfortable, including the bathroom. Bathrobes and slippers were provided, which is always a plus. The bed was very comfortable, and did NOT have a plastic sheet under the bedsheet, like in so many (almost all) hotels these days (the plastic reflects body heat instead of letting the mattress absorb it and makes you sweat during the night). There was a generous wardrobe with a lot of space for clothes - anothere welcome departure from the norm today, where even in 4-stars hotels all you get is a couple of exposed hangers somewhere in the corner. There was none of the "design for design's sake" nonsense to be found in the room or indeed anywhere in the hotel. Everything was functional, but tasteful. All in all, I can imagine spending even whole weeks in this room without lacking for comfort.

We loved our stay here. It's a unique two level apartment with a large close view to the Danube river, very comfortable & decorated with much taste & love. Self- check-in, check -out were easy. The communication was nice. The bed was super comfortable. Location is one of the wanders of Bratislava, bank of the river with many restaurants, cafes, walking/ running traps, modern supermarket was just next door. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I had a delightful stay at Arkady Hof. The hotel has a charming, small castle-like feel with a beautifully decorated interior, complete with classy furniture and lovely paintings. Parking was convenient, right in front of the hotel. The room was very spacious, and everything was extremely cozy and comfortable. My girlfriend felt like a princess in a castle. The staff was generally friendly—the guy was super nice, though the blonde lady wasn't as pleasant. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and charming stay near Bratislava
