The food is incredible - varied and fresh. The rooms are designed perfectly, highly recommend the beachfront - waking up to that view and sound of waves every morning was a highlight. The pool is always clean and towels on all beds. Gym is great and mostly empty! Spa also great and incredible massages. All very reasonably priced - I'd love to go again!! Highly recommend!

Our stay at Royal Mandarin Hotel & Resort was outstanding, thanks to each staff of the hotel for being cordial and very attentive to all the requests. I would like to thank the whole team starting from their Manager Ahmed, Guest Relations - Mariam, Siara, Kids Club - Azmaara, Event Host - Khamis & Obama, Reef walk guide - Ishaka, Restaurant Manager - Mohammed Farag, House keeping staff and each staff at the hotel who ensured that our stay and experience with all the activities in the hotel is wonderful. It was a short stay for us, we stayed in their Superior Sea view room, but it was a memorable one thanks to the whole team who always greets you with a smile and are very attentive to hear out your requests/concerns and do their best to resolve them as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend this Hotel/stay to everyone. It is a memorable experience in terms of property location, beautiful rooms, breathtaking ocean view, private beach, good food and cordial team. Sudeshkumar K P

L’établissement Zanzi Soul Luxury Boutique Hotel se trouve à Jambiani, à 300 mètres de ce lieu d’intérêt : Plage de Jambiani. The hotel was like a little piece of paradise. It’s very boutique and peaceful. The owners were super nice and very helpful. They saved our holiday by making every effort that they could to find our lost baggages from our flight. Food and coctails were great and would recommend 100%.

They welcomed us with lovely flower arrangements up on our arrival, and local fruits. The room was clean and well kept. The place is quiet and relaxing. The food was great, everything fresh and a large choice. Now for the service, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We celebrated our wedding aniversary and they were very intentional in preparing our moment. Thank you so much Bovly, Edwin, Dori, Edina, Lucy and all the staff members (sorry I don’t know all the names). We recomend this place 300%

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous — I loved the room! It felt modern yet cosy. The staff were incredibly friendly and came by twice a day: once to clean and once in the evening to prepare the room for sleep, complete with an anti-mosquito spray — such a thoughtful touch! The restaurant was lovely with great food, and the location is perfect for a quiet, relaxing, and romantic getaway.

It was my friend’s birthday and we needed an escape place to relax and rewind where by the rooms 218 and 101 met out expectations with comfy beds .The house keeping department staff were friendly,helpful and got a sense of professionalism (Patrick and Shawatu ) . We were served at the restaurant by Yusuph.He was so kin at collecting orders and the food was so scrumptious and more classical. More so all other staff were kind even to those we met and asked for any help for example Mr.Tom and Alex Joel they were kind. The best and unique experience was the ice bath.

Stayed for 7 days - had the deluxe double room with sea view, very spacious and amazing view The staff is beyond amazing, lovely and caring, they put time to memorize your name and call you by your name when they meet you or you are having meals at the restaurant - have not seen this in so many other luxurious places. The customer relationship manager Anita, is just on fire - unbeatable energy, always roaming around and checking on guests and asking to keep her busy - with a great smile and sense of humor. The way your room is prepared for sleep while you are at dinner, the bed arranged and ready to get in, a bottle of water and cookies are put next to your bed are just another level of service. The food variety and portions are super! Themed dinners with music and shows! They even offer you late checkout if possible without you having to ask for it - a complete different customer centricity approach. I would truly recommend this hotel - I am picky and I like it :)
