First and foremost the front desk supervisor Sam Layendecker went out of his way to make sure that we have a memorable time. We wanted to thank him dearly. The location is great, the hotel facilities are perfect. We had a beautiful fireplace in our room! How cool is that! Loved everything about this hotel.

The Queen Deluxe was a nice size with kitchenette supplied with dishes, coffeemaker, table and chairs and a sofa with big screen tv and wifi. Two queen beds in a bedroom that also.had a tv. I like the layout of cabins that gave the little front porches more privacy.

lovely , historic hotel with luxury amenities. The hotel restaurant was pretty awesome and reasonably priced for the quality. The hotel is perfectly located in downtown Jackson.

The innkeepers, Maria and Taylor, were absolutely wonderful. They made certain every little detail of our stay was perfect. The breakfast was excellent, and always something to look forward to in the morning. They had great recommendations for things to do and places to see. The “Wildflower” room we stayed in had luxurious linens and a great electric fireplace, as well as a jet tub that my partner loved.

The price of the room was expensive. It is not a luxury hotel. It is a motel that’s been converted, but Jackson Hole in general is very expensive but the location is great. Just a walk to town and it is surrounded by restaurants and shops. It is also in a quieter part of town.

This property is a working ranch! The individual cabins are very comfortable. If you’re wanting luxury, you should try a high end resort; but if you want to disconnect & embrace a simpler life, this is the place for you! The staff were helpful & gracious! My husband & I enjoyed the horseback ride; our guide was knowledgeable and personable! We’ll be back!

LOCATION FOR BREAKFAST IN THE MURAL ROOM WAS SUPERB. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, THOUGH IT COULD HAVE SOME MORE OPTIONS.
