H'mong Village Resort provided me with a relaxing vacation. The rooms r clean and well-equipped. The pool n spa area are wonderful. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. I had truly comfortable moments here.

Beautiful property in the corner of town situated right next to a beautiful mountain. Peaceful, quiet and tranquil. But the family is what makes this place extra special. Huyen, the owner went out of her way to make our stay and our experience the best possible. She organised all our transfers for us from Hanoi and back rented us a bike and everything we needed for our trip on the loop. Their entire property and town got flooded during our first night with heavy rains, the families car and house and first floor of hotel was 1.5m under water. We were stuck in our room for most of the day . Although these poor people had a terrible tragedy happen to them with devastating losses, we where still their first concern and went out of their way to get warm tasty food to us, make sure we had water and everything we needed. I have never seen people work so hard and with determination to save their belongings, clean up and get their property back to working order as soon as possible. Family members came from everywhere to help and worked nonstop to save as much as possible. When we came back from 2 days on the loop we were absolutely astonished how the property was 99% back to normal and cleaned up. I cannot recommend Huyen and her homestay enough!!!We left with a full heart and a new friend.

Panhou Retreat is located in Hoang Su Phi District in Ha Giang. All bungalows at Panhou Retreat are surrounded by ponds and vegetable gardens. Some rooms come with a private balcony and seating area. I love the open design with large windows that allow natural light to flood in. Every morning when I wake up, I can admire the beautiful natural scenery. The room is clean and decorated with traditional items from the local people, creating an enjoyable atmosphere.

The hotel was outstanding!! 5* service from the very start. We were pleasantly surprised by everything! The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the mountains. The pool was right beside our room and has the most amazing views. The staff went above and beyond to help make us comfortable. The food was excellent as well. So good you even get a free 30 min massage included which was incredible! Only 10 minute drive from Ha Giang town, if even - the perfect post Ha Giang Loop relaxation that is definitely required! Such a peaceful oasis, would very highly recommend! Thank you ❤️

They provided water and shower was good. Everything was good and the receptionist was so kind and helped us get a cheap taxi to bus station.
