This hotel is brilliant hotel in Sapa They care alot about customer satisfaction Our room premium twin Beautiful juccuzi facing the mountain Room view is fully on mountain Large room and so comfortable Minor point is the bed is so hard but Linh solved the problem by placing a blanket over the matress but i wish if thicker matress cover were there They offer complimentary transfer to city centre every hour and back The buffet breakfast was massive and best i had in Vietnam Before i stayed in another hotel it was not as good as this hotel I wish if i stayed here my whole trip in Sapa This hotel is highly recommended Special thanks to Linh from reception she was over kind made us check in early Even last minute when we were next to the car she came to say goodbye Also she made our sleep comfortable by adding a blanket above the matress. She was so helpful nice warm person and professional Thuy also is such a nice persen so helpful she did not mind even to take her picture Spa Pham did a nice massage to my daughter Sao i had with hear a great massage and the reception Thuong was professional in handling our reservation Rason in the Restaurant made sure to explain dishes and handle our orders professionaly specially with our vegetable curry that we used to order every day and it was delicious thank you Rason and the chef. This hotel with it's staff is brilliant thank you 🙏
