Boasting panoramic views over the valleys and mountains, Muluwa Lodge is located just 10 minutes' drive from White River and the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport. The room was spacious, clean and peaceful, the view was spectacular, you feel 100% freedom. Really enjoyed the everything including the perfect dinner and continental breakfast. The staff (Antoniette) and management were always helpful. We stayed only for a night but wished we could have stayed longer. We took some photos with zebras.

Fantastic staff. The main caretaker, Kaley, is great when it comes to customer service. She made sure our stay was comfortable and even went out of the way to pack picnic sandwiches for us when we wanted to venture out on our own. The safari guide, Floid, is very knowledgeable, and if you stay for 2-3 days, he'll make sure you see every type of animal you had on your wish list. These guys include 1 complimentary safari per night of your stay (so if you stay for 3 nights, 3 safaris are inclusive), and I feel it's the best package because a couple of self drives in Kruger are a must do in my opinion, just for the thrill of it. The tents are quite comfortable and have all the amenities you'd expect in a luxurious hotel room. The AC works well (believe me, you NEED it if you visit in the summers like we did), the pool is clean, the bathrooms are great. The food was superlative - we had exotic 3 course complimentary dinners every single evening. I suggest booking a minimum of 3 days to really get the most out of Kruger.

The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of seating to spend time outside. It’s super close to the shops, restaurants and, of course, Kruger Park. All rooms were air conditioned, which was imperative when the temperatures peak. Great for locals and tourists alike.

The room is beautiful and the food is amazing! Highly recommend the beef stroganoff! It is also located almost next to the Marloth Park gate so you can access Kruger Safari easily. Behind the property, you can easily do a walk to see some Urdus.
