Beautiful place, perfect location, amazing decor. Excellent service and superb food

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, the pool area is really lovely.the location is right in town and very convenient. The staff service was exceptional very friendly and efficient. Would like to make special mention of Alex at the reception his attention to detail was superb. My family loved everything about their stay. They even followed up on us 4hours before we arrived just to check if we would need a pickup.

This property is located on the waterfront so its beautiful any time of the day to enjoy your drinks and food with superb views. The restaurant meals and drinks were very good and at reasonable prices. Breakfast however was a bit disappointing because the scones/donuts etc always seemed stale. The gardens were peaceful, shaded and had many playful monkeys around the pool.

The service was superb, and the staff was kind and humble. Tasila, my personal girl, I love you, I love you🥰 and Allan, very humble man, and I am pleased to meet you both. Keep it up!!! New Fairmount Hotel, my home away from home👌🏾

Excellent service! I'd like to give a special shoutout to Chef Vincent re my disappointment of size of Kafue crayfish. He immediately ordered a 2nd try for next day and it was superb. Thanks v much Vincent!

Outstanding location ...a real "oasis "in an extremely busy part of town near Shoprite etc .The pool was clean although we did not have time to swim . We also enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff . Receptionist extremely friendly and efficient .

The breakfast was below standard and you have to beg for it even if there is load shedding I believe hospitality industry use gas cookers to serve the guests efficiently with hot food. Most lodges and hotels i have been to they set the breakfast buffet so that as guests walk in they're served even the common chefing dishes did not have burners to keep food warm coming to the sausage they cut it in tiny pieces and it doesn't give appetite, I only had my breakfast the first morning

From modern finishes to smooth check-in/out, every detail exceeded expectations. Breakfast buffet was extensive and catered for all dietary requirements and preferences. Staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food was delicious, with the chef accommodating dietary needs. The room was stunning, and turn-down service was a nice touch. Daily cleaning was top-notch with fresh towels. Room service was quick and tasty. I'd definitely return for another unforgettable experience!

The staff are exceptional, nothing is a problem for them, they are very accommodating and friendly. From the reception staff, the duty managers, the drivers, housekeeping, waitresses and the chefs, all were of the highest standards, on par with a 5 star hotel. The Queen suite was spacious and comfortable with a great bed. The airconditioning and the fridge in the room worked well and were well used during our stay. The restaurant's food quality and variety was good.
