Upon arrival and check-in late in the evening while requiring medical assistance, the staff at the reception has been extraordinarily nice and helpful. The manager on duty went literally out of his way in terms of networking to find the special hospital that would attend me. Although I feel guilty of not having contacted him since then, I shall return to personally thank him and his staff. This is also to thank in advance whoever conveys these lines to him and his staff

The staff were 5 star helpful, efficient and friendly. Our room was spotlessly cleaned daily. Could not fault the facilities / space. We didn’t use the pool, spa or massage facilities as we were there as a base for our eye surgery so could not partake. I’m sure they are fantastic. Breakfast / dining selection and quality : 5 ⭐️ Room service excellent. The location was good for what we wanted, so it depends what you are looking for, as a base. We were not there to sight-see, rather to *have sight *🙂

I would rate the Marriott hotel Maramara as a 5 out of 5. The great location, spacious rooms, clean facilities (especially the SPA), and delicious food contribute to a highly recommended experience. The helpful and generous staff, particularly the guest relation manager CEMRE, further enhance the overall satisfaction of guests.
