Great for a family with kids: we had a large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. The kids loved the pool area (pool is heated!). Added bonus: free bbq facilities on site. They even rent out beach chairs and umbrellas! They really thought about everything one might need. Cleanliness: great. Staff: super friendly and helpful. Would love to come back!

Everything was great from the employees to the comfort of the bed and linens. Great Amazon Policy, which made my life easier. Last but not least, the location is amazing, especially when returning to the aiport car rental return...which is right there!

Rooms were very comfy. Having the hotel in the mall's parking lot made it easy to get to and felt safe. Chocolate Chip cookies at the front desk were a FAVORITE Staff is super friendly, everything with a smile!

The location is amazing, is super easy to move around, you can find the metro mover in 10 min walking, and there are stores everywhere. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities you need, the room was crean. I arrived early morning and the sir in the front desk was attentive

Very clean, great service, the staff was so helpful and kind! We loved our stay, room and bed was super comfortable and clean. We had a great time at Tidal cove. The food and beverage was exceptional! Nothing but great things to say.
