Stay at the Polynesian themed Lapita which is dedicated to those wishing to stay within a stone’s throw from the endless number of activities on offer at Dubai Parks and Resorts. Everything about our stay at Lapita was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff are incredibly well-trained—it really feels like they’ve all received top-notch training in customer service and hospitality. Everyone we met was güler yüzlü (always smiling) and kind, making us feel right at home. The resort itself is spotless and well-maintained. The value for money is 100% worth it—not only do you get luxury and comfort, but each night includes free tickets to Dubai Parks and Resorts theme parks, which is an amazing bonus for families and adventure seekers. A special thanks to Samreen, who was so sweet and consistently welcoming. Her smile and attitude truly brightened our stay. Also, a heartfelt shoutout to the lovely lady with glasses at the lobby café—I didn’t catch her name, but she was always smiling and incredibly kind every time we stopped by. Well done, Lapita!
