The best attribute of this unit is it's location, it's within 5 minutes to several subway stations and it's super easy to get to anywhere in Madrid. You can also walk to many nearby sights (Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Royal palace...). Balcony and view is also nice. Very nice neighbourhood with many bars and restaurants. Overall score is based mainly on location, if you don't mind the other things then I would highly recommend.

Staff changed our rooms a couple of times as our beds were full of people not registered in the system, and they really tried their bests

Everything is just a bit off and a step (or 2) below 5 stars. The location was only OK. A really good neighborhood (around the corner from the Four Seasons and the JW Marriott), but on a small urine-soaked street with several bars with really loud patrons. The lobby was nice, but not great. The room was nice, but not great - and certainly not worth what we paid for it. The staff was mostly nice, but except for the bellhops (who were great), overall the service was average. The gym was nice. We did not try the food.

Pub crawl was amazing and the common spaces. Got to meet a lot of people from around the world that contributed to the experience

All the members of the staff - receptionists, housekeeping, breakfast - were hospitable and contributed to my lovely one-night stay at the guesthouse. I especially love the common area, which was tastefully set up and was a good quiet reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city. Also, even though located in the prime area, the hostel was relatively away from the "noisy crowds", so you could sleep well. I stayed in a 12-bed mixed dorm, but the room (number 208) itself was spacious.

The registration was with communication problems about deposit fees

Although it's a hostel, it is clean and very comfortable. It is in an excellent location. The rooms are well distributed for a family of 3. I totally recommend it.

Property was good as 3 star hotel, with perfect location and nice clean bedroom, Lobby etc. Staff were very humble and cooperative. All 5 star hotels were next door such as JW Marriott, Four Seasons etc and all land mark locations and party streets are on walking distance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location is by far the best attribute, centrally located which allowed us to walk everywhere. Our room was spacious and had a mini refrigerator, that allowed us to store drinks and snacks in the room!
