The bed was super comfortable, room very well distributed and a great balcony / terrace!

The Staff is friendly, attentive and contributed yo a pleasent stay. The room is clean and quiet. The location was very central. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful hotel.

never met anyone here. you get your code and key at the entrance - some machine bank register like. great wifi connection, location close to the road to proceed your trip but not that close to disturb you during the night by noise or road lights. clean bathroom facilities. wonderful mattress. if you got here on Sunday there is Mcdonalds nearby to buy food or there is a snack machine at the lobby

This hotel is part of the College and a lot of the staff are young people being supervised as they learn how to provide customer service in a hotel environment. For that reason, they were all polite and always helpful! The hotel rooms have been refurbished and were clean very comfortable and spacious. There are few hotels in this part of Bordeaux - so I suggest you try it and help the next generation of hoteliers! Excellent value for money as a result.

Proximity to the highway, shops, restaurants and being able to self register. The apartments we ended up sleeping in were clean.

This is a 2-star hotel, where all the essentials are provided, in the faded elegance of a lovely old building. It is run by a small team who provide very good service and contribute to a very pleasant atmosphere. Dinner is a very good set menu, and reasonably priced. There's plenty of free parking in the village.

Every contact point from reception to housekeeping to restaurant was excellent. Every staff member contributed to this great stay.
