Man who registered us was so nice that half of the points is on him Room is clean, nice and comfy, super that there is balcony.

Very good location, 10 minutes by Bus to Venice, Friendly and helpfull staff. Bus stop at the corner. EV charging station at the corner as well. You can buy bus tickets in the camp. Lot of trees helping to control the outside temperature. Reasonable food price in the local restaurant. You do not have to pay Venice entrance fee if you are staying at this facility and you fill in registration form. Groceries two minutes away by car.

We did receive keys in the Lampo office. Later we did ask for second set of keys and we got it. We did receive also PIN for gates for a car and little gates for pedestrians. The whole are is made like a nice garten + golf court. Our facility did have a little private garden as well. Our dog did enjoy it. LAMPO staff Miss Laura was very helpful and helped us with everything. We returned to her repeatedly during our stay. Registered small things for repair or replacement that we reported were dealt with promptly by a local technician.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Right on the beach, close to restaurants and shops, on the beach. We did not see the host, the registration is online, which is actually a good thing.

The location was great, the staff was really kind and Federica helped us with the registration that is needed for a QR code that is now required for all tourists visiting Venice. Our return flight was in the afternoon and they even proposed to us to keep our luggage at the hotel while we stroll around for the last time.
