What a great place to spend our leisure time with my loved ones. The staffs were accomodating, the hotel vibes was top notch, the comfortability of the room, the cleanliness, the facilities, the beach are all perfect! The breakfast selection was superb and super delicious too! Will definitely come again The Westin ;)

Its a good location with lots of shops outside and easily accessible to the beach, waterpark, and other resorts via the hotel's shuttle bus service. The staff are very professional and helpful. Buffet deals are also affordable. We will return to Four Points by Sheraton Desaru next time.

Easy to register and collect keys

Great resort, good location - not on the beach though however on demand buggy service is available to Westin where Hard Rock hotel guest can also use the beach. Great and friendly staff, they were always willing to help and made our stay memorable. Clay, did the Memorabilia tour for us and showed us some of the "rock-star memorabilia" located at various sections of the hotel - a must do tour that happens twice daily. Clay was exceptional as was the rest of the hotel crew, not all of whose name i recall.

The location is so strategic as we were there for our brother’s matriculation registration. Although there are no specific parking lots for the hotel, you can park along the road in front of the hotel building as long as it is not in front of the workshops. Staffs are efficient and welcoming. The facilities look a bit old for me, but they are still all clean. Price is affordable for two rooms of 4 pax.

Easy check in despite at different locations Spacious size apartment Clean quality is acceptable as towels linens washed properly. Pillows were comfortable. Toiletries provided. Have Sgp TV Channel Bring your own tea coffee sugar as not provided. Good serious management host. Well done!

Big and spacious room. Water dispenser distributed each floor,so you can get free flow of clean drinking water and free coffee machine at the lobby area. Easy check in. Surprisingly quiet despite being near to the busy road behind. The AC was super good. Blast the room and cools it down pretty fast. The front desk receptionist were informative and friendly.
