Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay features a fitness centre, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Nagoya. This 5-star hotel offers a shared lounge, room service and free WiFi. There is a restaurant serving American cuisine, and free private parking is available. It was very comfortable. Food was great. Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. I wish I could name them all, but to name a few: Vanessa, Violina, Jennifer, Adhit, Friska and Rejal.

The staff were super nice, they spoiled us with an anniversary cake and gave my kids cookies and toys. The rooms are super clean and its location is close to everything.

We were upgraded to one of the garden suites and I must say they are fantastic after being newly renovated. Everything was top quality, huge tv's in both the bedroom and living area. Great amenities, Dyson hair dryer and Bulgari products meant the wife was happy also.

The staff made us feel very welcome and they were friendly and helpful. The staff prepared all the registration papers and room keys for us before we arrived at the hotel. Our room overlooked swimming pool and have Balcony and it was spacious Room was clean . Bed was comfortable Hotel located in Orchard street and 5 mins walk to Somerset MRT station and 7 mins Dhoby Ghaut MRT station . The Hotel was safe .

High level stuff, amazing location, guest-friendly approach, incredible view on Marina Bay Sands. Actually if you’re choosing between Marina Bay Sands and this hotel, I can recommend you this Ritz-Carlton. It’s less crowded, has incredibly good location and it’s a hotel, not a mall as Marina Bay Sands, so you can rest here after interesting day

the only few hotels that can accommodate 3 people. the room is very clean and spacious and it is located just above Paradigm Mall. however there's no other cafes nearby, nearest is around 15mins drive to Sutera mall area.

Customer service and communication from Front office staff Nicollette was very good. Has to be in few best city view hotels where you get both city and marina hotel view. Rooms are.also spacious and clean.

Stayed overnight and really only used the room to sleep and shower, so can't comment on any other hotel facilities like the restaurant, bar, fitness centre etc. Arrived prior to check-in time but was registered quickly enough and left my bags before heading out for lunch. On return, getting my key and bags was again quick and efficient. Hotel is a little dated but not shabby. The room was clean and spacious, decent size bathroom and great bed. Close to all transport and a convenience store is right alongside.

My stay at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel was exceptional! Located centrally on Orchard Road, it was incredibly convenient. The staff were attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was stylish and very comfortable, with every detail meticulously maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of both local and international dishes. The pool and spa provided perfect relaxation after exploring the city. Highly recommend for a luxurious and hassle-free experience in Singapore!
