For example, I forgot my credit card password because I use apple pay but they find out a way to solve that problem so I was able to pay.

All guest rooms at Courtyard Washington Capitol Hill/Navy Yard feature 42" Smart TVs with satellite channels. Every room has a mini refrigerator, and microwave, air conditioning and a well-lit work desk. The staffs quickly responded my requests about receipts and shortage of amenities. I couldn't use the laundry because I hesitated to download the app only for a single use.
