Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.

Clean, comfortable and great customer service. Even though it is a basic motel with not a lot of amenities, owner provided little extras to make stay comfortable. Keurig coffee machine, bottled water, cookies and daily cleaning provided.
This is a well kept road side MOTEL. It’s not a HOTEL, but Sault St Marie has nearest hotel. We felt it was clean and comfortable. You can tell they are trying to keep the motel up. Will stay again here when in Blind River. We were on the go too much to eat at the restaurant. If we had paid attention, we would have eaten at the restaurant Saturday morning cause it was closed Sunday. So we had Tim Horton’s twice for breakfast. We did not hear any noise from our neighbors.

Nothing this property should be removed from your listing. The other rooms were taken by road construction contractors. Close to hand is a water treatment plant which whined all night. Nearby we found a lovely motel charging less than OMM. I mention this because we were unhappy with the first room offered the room we accepted we were charged an additional $46 Canadian dollars.
It’s an old motel but the room we had was newly remodeled. Much nicer than most motels in the area because of that. The attached restaurant was great! Good food and nice people!
Check in was fine and room was what I expected. Basically a motel room that has been inexpensively renovated but ok for 1 night on the road while driving across the country.
