The courtesy of the receptionist, who helped kindly when I had an issue with my car. Beds are comfortable, room is clean, shower is warm. What else? Fish cleaning facilities and bbq also available.

An excellent stay in Burney. We stayed here as we visited Lassen and Burney falls. Burney falls was just 15 mins drive from the property. This is an exceptional motel with super comfortable and clean beds with all basic needs. No complains at all! Would definitely recommend this motel to someone who is visiting this beautiful small town!

    Really liked the old school motor lodge vibe. Reminded me of traveling when I was young in the late 50’s and 60’s. Very clean inside and outside. Friendly and helpful staff!!

    Jim was a very friendly motel manager. Room was clean . We were able to check in earlier at 2:15pm instead of 3pm, very helpful staff. Adequate accommodation for a couple of nights.

    Nice little motel, end of town. Close to Burney Falls, Room was clean, adequate, small and quaint. Cozy for us. Staff was very nice, helpful.
