This is an older property but it is clean and our room was very large - much larger than a normal motel room. Facilities were very good and everything worked perfectly. We expected that for such a low price we would have to make do with less than optimum accommodation, but nothing could be further from the truth. It was one of the best hotel/motel accommodations we have had for this sort of price.

The location was excellent being that we were in town for a concert at Veterans Memorial Coliseum and it was right across the street. Staff were very friendly also.

The location is great, close to the bus, tram and street car stops. Also close to Portland State University (PSU). The staff at the counter, Nicole and Nicky were exceptionally good. compared to other motels I’ve stayed at, this one is definitely a great one. i’ve stayed here three years in a row for a specific yearly event my friends and i go to because this hotel has always been wonderful - especially for the price. it’s clean, never smells, and has a pretty comfortable bed. when you're looking for a place to just get a good night’s sleep after a long day, this is the place to go
