The bedroom is renovated with new flooring, modern headboards and modern lighting fixtures. The room came with microwave and a mini fridge too. We stayed on the 2nd floor, so we enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking over the river. From the back of the parking lot, there is also a very short path near the river with benches and a couple of tables. Last but not least, we also enjoyed the availability of the continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, etc. Thank you!Guest review byJessicaFamily with young children

The best thing is that each room has a balcony in the back facing the river and a little park rather than facing a parking lot like most motels. With a private balcony facing river, but still within a short walk of downtown, location was so much better than most chain motels surrounded by sea of concrete.
