Everything is clean, and it is clear that the staff and management care about this hotel - investing a superior attitude and attention towards ensuring guests have an extremely comfortable stay - I didnt want to leave!!
Do not confuse this hotel with the 'Herkimer Budget Hotel' - after driving past that hotel, I am thankful I did not stay there. Red Roof Inn is located in the carpark adjacent to 'Dennys' - make sure you book at 'Red Roof inn - Herkimer'

The room was crisp and clean. The white bedspread looked brand and the bed was so comfortable. We slept like babies! When checking out, the front desk staff greeted us with big smiles and asked how our stay was. They knew before they asked. I give this place a 10.
