Jay working the front and answering the phones is amazing. I ran into an issue with booking on a 3rd party site, but i called in and he got my questions answered and got my driver booked into a very nice room with no hassle. He helped the next day when we were trying to get him a ride. Jay is just all around 10 stars.

Ac don't work..room super hot ....cheap old AC system....was 104 outside.....pay $ 80....for sleeping in a Sauna.....horrible

Location was good, right off of 35 and easy to get to. Room was great, all new. Check in and out was fast and pleasant.

It is an absolute treat to stay at this hotel. I'm moving so the Golden Inn has become my temporary home. Everyone I met at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful, housekeeping was excellent and very attentive, and it's right off the 175 freeway. There are restaurants and gas stations nearby, which is very convenient!
