Room was not clean, wash room was not clean, no towels, pipe leaking, dirty water, bath tub dirty. Need attention No parking while other hotels in the same area are providing free parking.

Classy looking hotel with beautifully designed rooms, bars and well laid out. the staff are super friendly, the breakfast is worth the money as there is a good selection, the Rooftop pool and sun loungers were a good place to be in the sun, the bar and restaurants are a good place to spend the evening if you are just looking to chill at the hotel. Free parking underneath the hotel with plenty of parking spaces as well.

Room was clean and nice. The hotel was right across the Etihad arena and was a walkable distance away... The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had all the regular dishes with sum additional Indian ones like idly, upma etc...The hotel has free parking. They gave us a late checkout at 13.30 which was very nice.

We were looking for a comfortable motel for a short 12 hour stay between international flights. This motel was very clean with a comfortable bed and close to the airport. They have an airport shuttle running every hour. A great place for the price.

Grand Hyatt has an excellent location and the hotel service is at the highest level. The housekeeping service manages to keep the room clean and tidy at all times (given we were staying with a toddler). Breakfasts are great: a buffet with a lot of options to choose from, good coffee, excellent restaurant staff. Decent in room dining service and a good pick of a la carte restaurants in the hotel. The pool and the beach areas are compact, yet nice. A tented kid’s pool makes parents’ staycations way easier.

I have been there many times and the staff is always so professional. I like the free parking and the location is good too. Etihad plaza has so much and it is a short drive away. Also it is a relatively short taxi ride to the airport.

Remote but excellent location, real desert feeling in the nature, friendly nice rooms with small private pool. Polite and kind staff, good services. Very good breakfast in beautiful environment. The whole place is a real and special desert adventure. Free parking.
