Welcome to Lemon Tree Passage Motel – one of Port Stephens' best-kept secrets. The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. Location was also perfect as it's near the pier and cafes. It's also a very clean motel with great amenities - WiFi connection was excellent. But what I loved most about our stay was their personalised greeting (even though we didn't meet them in-person!). My husband and I celebrated his birthday at the Lemon Tree Passage Motel. They were so kind to give us Ferrero Rocher chocolates and a birthday card. Thank you, Jason and Lilian for a wonderful experience at the motel. We'll definitely come back and stay here again!

Sir Francis Drake, located in Heatherbrae, offers a seasonal outdoor pool. The property occupies 5 acres of landscaped grounds and features conference rooms and free on-site parking. Lovely clean room. Quiet and peaceful. Dinner was great.

Just a 2 minutes' drive from the Pacific Highway, Sleepy Hill Motor Inn offers free high-speed WiFi and free on-site parking. Excellent motel, well presented, clean , quiet and very comfortable. We stayed two nights and used the laundry and the swimming pool.

This motor inn is in the heart of Raymond Terrace with shops restaurants and a beautiful walk to the river. It has all the regular ammenities in your room, fridge, microwave, tv, kettle, biscuits and wifi. A large shower with hot water and wonderful water pressure. There is a free laundry and your room is cleaned daily. Parking is a little tight in the courtyard, but there is more parking in the expansive parking lot next door. The owners are delightful and always available to assist if you need them. The office does shut down at 8 pm, so if you are checking in after hours, just make arrangements to get your key. Best motel in Raymond Terrace. Also, there is a restaurant nest door serving lunch and dinner.

We were very surprised, when we opened the door to this great motel room. Actually, it wasn't a room but an appartment with a balcony instead. We felt very spoiled. It was such a neat and comfortable place, that we would have stayed much longer, if we had the time. However, we enjoyed every minute there. A big thank to the friendy landlord.

Karuah Gardens Motel offers accommodation in Karuah. Free covered private parking is available on site. The property is set on spacious lawns and gardens, and there is a BBQ area. Excellent stay highly recommend.

Offering free WiFi and free parking, Karuah Riverside Motel is located in the town centre. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The room was clean and very big with seperate bedrooms. Damian and Lisa are very nice people.
