It was clean, modern, had a free parking (entry via the street behind the Hostal). Basic breakfast in the morning. Netflix.

Location was perfect. Free parking underground. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant on site, best Plateada ever. Concierge staff were fantastic, helpful and pleasant. Room was cleaned ok. Complimentary water in fridge most days of 14 night stay. Bed and pillows ok.

The location is very good, Providencia. The staff was very kind and friendly. I love the breakfast, very fresh fruits, delicious bread and good coffee.

Staff was very attentive and responsive with every request we had. The hotel is modern, clean in a great location. The hotel offers free parking.

Location, the staff - very helpful- especially Camilo at the reception- he was very competent and helpful us with all issues! Saved one of our days, when we booked an excursion for the wrong day - he arranged with the tour operator to take us in the same day! Special thanks to him and Stamp’ tour! The bar was always full but we always been served! The food in the resultant - breakfast and dinner both were delicious and good sortiment! We enjoyed the good coffee!

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Manquehue metro, shopping mall, markets and restaurants. It is relatively easy to access by car as well and offers full free parking. Rooms were very quiet for that zone of the city and one can definitely sleep good.

Breakfast was great, good fresh fruit, pastries , good coffee. Scrambled eggs were too soft/ runny, but apparently that is how South Americans prefer it since other hotels had the same. Reception always helpful and pleasant

If you want to visit Santiago and get a positive impression. Just book it. Great locations. Very kind and helpful staff. Free parking. Very convenient for remote work. I just wound not recommend to pay in advance for the breakfast in restaurant. Breakfast is good, but it will give you a chance to try have a breakfast somewhere else.

Breakfast was great. I liked that it had various spaces to spend time, living room, little office space, kitchen, pool, little outdoor seating area. Free parking. Wifi was good. Very clean. Really nice kitchen.
