The apartment is new and has many high quality fixtures and fittings. The place was very clean and the garden a perfectly nice place to sit out. There were very many hi tech facilities throughout the apartment some of which we took advantage of. There is a great shower and the bed is comfortable. Everything is in very good condition. The apartment is located in a quiet part of town that is itself a great base for many excellent hikes. The owner was helpful with questions dealt with remotely.

Beautiful iconic hotel in the heart of Šumava National Park, directly in Modrava, virtually next to all major natural attractions of the Park. Delicious breakfast buffet (fresh bakery even on national holiday and in the heart of the National Park!), reasonably priced private sauna, free parking, helpful and nice staff,... 10/10!

It's a nice place in a beautiful environment. It fulfilled my expectations and I don't have much to complain about. The room was adequately equipped and clean. Staff friendly and there was free parking too.
