Lovely peaceful location. Room was spotless, bed comfy. Large bathroom. Hairdryer, towels and tea tray provided Ate in the restaurant after first having a few drinks in the outside area. Food was really nice. Each had a main course, bottle wine and cheese board which came to £70 Breakfast was made with quality ingredients (full english), good coffee too. Would return and definitely recommend!

It was good value for money, parking was easy, the facilities were modern and clean. The host was friendly and the bed very comfy. Even when I accidentally slept in past check-in the host didn’t bother me nor was she upset or rude about it, which I much appreciate. I enjoyed my stay there and will be back! I really appreciated the “little things” such as welcome cards, the nice drinks included in fridge and the parking permit for free parking!

The location was good for accessing Leeds City centre and there was free parking at the accommodation. Shared areas were to a decent standard.

Good food and good beer served by friendly efficient staff. Comfortable bed, Comfortable bed, clean modern bathroom with bath and very good showier. Plenty of parking space, great view of surrounding countryside, very little traffic on the road outside my window so no sleep-disturbance. Good coffee-making facilities, plenty of (in my case superfluous) cupbaord and drawer space.
