Our stay in Crete during July was exceeded our expectations. The accommodation had new, stylish, and clean facilities, even better than home. The owner felt like family, offering help with beach, restaurant, and activity recommendations, and even a language solution for our late flight. This will be our go-to place for future visits due to its location—close to the center, with supermarket, restaurant, and cafe within a 2-minute walk. It also had free parking, easy check-in/check-out, and comfortable bed, shower, and kitchen.

The owners are a kind family, they helped us with advice, bus timetables and always asked us if everything was ok, if we needed anything... The room was clean, with a balcony, air conditioning, TV, kitchenette, fridge, hairdryer , safe box. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops and the bus station. Nice pool, free parking on the street in front of the accommodation. I would come back again!

The hospitality provided by the hostess was immaculate. Always ready to help and doing so with a lot of passion. The rooms were beautifully designed, they were always clean and fully stocked with all the things that you need. The location is very accessible to nearby stores, beaches and restaurants. There was free parking which made it very accessible. The view was beautiful with the sounds and view of the sea. Truly a palace as the name dictates. Will be coming here again.

Everything is excellent! The hotel has all the necessary stuff, clean rooms, great breakfast, pool, restaurant, free parking. The staff were super friendly and helpful, giving useful information.

Perfect area, very kind host! Free parking and enough towels to last you 7 days. Also the free breakfast is nice, though you have to drive 15min to town and park your car before you can actually have the breakfast. But there is an amazing local bakery around the corner Coco Bakery which is lovely. They have good coffee and authentic Cretan breakfast and fresh bread.
