Spacious, clean apartment. Nicely decorated. AC in every room. Free parking on the street. Washing machine and lines to dry laundry with clothes pins, laundry detergent. Very nice to have cold water in the fridge and a few snacks, very welcoming and nice touch. Small elevator very useful for taking up luggage. Nice view of park. Great responsive host providing useful tips and recommendations. Comfortable beds.

Everything was great. Big room with lots of space with a balcony. Comfortable bed and fridge to store food and drinks. Location is great too with free parking and easy commute to downtown Florence. Host Daniel is also a great guy with lots of good recommendations on places to visit. 10/10, would love to visit again

It was one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and the apartment is beautiful and modern. There is a large free parking lot nearby the accommodation (about a 3 minutes walk). The owner was great, she recommended places for us to visit and they were all excellent.

Property is near centre of Florence. Only a few minutes walk to duomo. We liked the air conditioning in every room. It was very clean with all the appliances needed for a short stay. Also we liked the free parking on site. The management agents of the property were very pleasant and gave us a very smooth check in/out.

New ,clean, modern, well equipped, spacious property, well equipped kitchen with new utensils; free parking, house in a private and quiet area, nice view, very helpful , professional and responsive staff, professional self check in (provided with a link to fill in), with washing machine. Not too far from the center (we have a car).

No collection of keys the check in was done remotely using a smart phone. This apartment was excellent value and truly home from home. Comfortable and clean with good coffee and tea provided. I would book this again on my return to Florence. Five star stay!
