Really comfortable bed. Quiet. Great location. Very nice staff. Good coffee in the cafe downstairs.

New building, so all facilities are currently in great condition. There is a nice mezzanine floor where you can work remotely. It's outside the main city center, but there are still lots of restaurants around, and it's a short walk from the genocide museum.

Very modern, clean, spotless, friendly staff, gorgeous and relaxing pool area, good shower, lean bedding and towels, lovely decor and interior throughout, hot and cold water shower, excellent breakfast with good coffee made with proper coffee machine (staff operated), free water every day, great location for the Palace and river.

Very spacious apartments and comfortable beds. Good coffee and food close by. Once we found it, the roof top pool was divine. Fabulously clean, you could eat off the floors. A little bit "Fawlty Towers" at times but definitely amazing value for money

The room was clean and on a corner. People are friendly and the lobby is nice, clear and clean. Good restaurant with reasonable prices. Very good buffet breakfast with a reasonable number of options, seen the room price. Good coffee. The hotel shall take pride of being a qualitative budget hotel, because it is, and I will certainly stay there again, despite the negative points I spotted next.

We found this to be a great spot to stay in while we were in Phnom Penh. We decided to have breakfast lunch and dinner there however we had to wait for more then an hour for our evening meals. Once we did get our meals they were of very high standard and we all enjoyed them. Besides the meals taking extremely long everything else was great. We would recommend this motel to people in the future

Lots of traditional touches in the building design yet the modern facilities you need: adequate charging points etc. Very calm atmosphere with great service. Great choices for breakfasts, liked the one meal I had at the restaurant and the wine selection was good for me! Nice informal coffee space downstairs - with good coffee! Had a dip in the pool - big enough for a few laps. Didn’t try the gym! Would recommend
