Offering quality accommodation, this 4.5-star property is nestled between Paihia and Waitangi on Te Ti Bay. Location is a little out of town but only about a short walk away. It is in a sunny spot, but there is some road noise as it's near a junction although most of the time this isn't an issue. It's about a 5 min or less walk to the beach and about a 15 min walk/short drive to the Treaty Grounds or similar in opposite direction to town. Owners were very friendly and knowledgeable about places to visit in the area. Very spacious room Great shower Loads of kitchen equipment if needed

The rooms was bright and airy and comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

All rooms are built around a central pool area with spa pool, swimming pool and sun terrace. 目的に即した設備内容で値段も許容範囲。新しく無いモーテルだとは思うが、改装や手入れがされているので問題無し。 この国ではまだ普及率の高くないエアコンが設置されているのは良かった。 街の中心から少しだけ外れているので車利用になると思うが、逆にハイシーズンなどはうるさくなくて良いかも。
