We slept very well, it was quiet (we were in one of the last rooms in the carpark in the corner). The bed was very comfortable. There was tea and coffee in the main reception area a 30sec walk away. You are right in the middle of the small town. Go to Jake's bar! A very cool little town with western film history and even john wayne stayed at this motel. There are rooms in the main building and then bigger rooms I think in the outdoor motel bit so if you are particular, ask when booking. There was a pool but was winter and we didn't use.

Lazy J Ranch Motel provides accommodation in Three Rivers. The motel features pool views and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. A very nice unique place to stop while going to Sequoia NP, we loved it, my children loved the animals and that farm feeling in the hotel

Friendly staff, clean room, plenty of parking. The hotel location was perfect for walking around main street and for exploring the surrounding hikes and trails.
