The hotel has beautiful interior - nice paintings, interesting sculptures, cozy seasonal decorations, soft sofas, tasty candies in reception area. It also has pretty nice view - mountings on one side and forest on the other. Staff was polite and attentive. It was my mother's birthday and they brought bottle of champagne and some fruits into her room - it was very hospitable. Everything was really clean - reception, spa, rooms. We stayed just for 2 days, but housekeeping still cleaned our room and even brought more water (and candies 😊). Also, rooms had soft beds, two pillows and 2 blankets, even in double bed room (which we really appreciated), very soft towels and comfy bathrobes. And different shower modes were nice. Food was great. It was a bit cold, but it could be because we came almost at the end of the breakfast. Plus, a lot of food is organically produced from hotel's own farm. Also, it had some interesting food choices (like smoked fish for breakfast, unusual ice cream tastes, carrot-apple-beetroot juice, corndogs...). We especially loved all chicken dishes, round buns and butter croissants. Spa was just amazing. We never felt so relaxed. Not one room was neglected - steamed rooms were always steamy, saunas were always hot, room for relaxing always had water with lemon. Our favourite facilities were hammam, outdoors pool with jacuzzi and 80° sauna. We also booked massage for my mother and she loved it. All of her stress just melted away.

The room was very cosy, spacious and clean. The food was delicious, we had an awesome breakfast with whatever we wished to eat. There is a pool with hot mineral water and jacuzzi in the garden. The owner is a wonderful lady and she gave her best to feel at home at her place. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The room was very clean an warm with the amazing view from the balcony. It had all the furniture and kitchen equipments you may dream of. Everything was prepared for our comfort stay. Administrator was very supportive and responsive. We even wanted to prolong our stay for 2 more days/nights, but unfortunately those days were already booked by other guests. We would definitely come here again. We really loved that the hotel was a bit aside from the crowdy city center, but very close to the ski lift, supermarkets and the center as well.

    I loved everything!!!! You can check in there and stay without even going out of the hotel. Staff, room, facilities, very clean. Lovely location, so quiet near the forest.

    Recently stayed at Hot Springs Medical resort and SPA and it was a delight. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect retreat. we have experienced massage services for all our big family, Catherine. Daniela and man ( unfortunately forgotten his name) perform very good services. The breakfast was not only delicious but also varied. The room was quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. Kudos to the attentive staff. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

    Everything. The staff was very nice and attentive. The rooms were big and comfortable and well eqipped. Bathroom was great. The SPA and hot springs were amazing. Very clean and great relaxation experience. Breaffast and dinner buffets were great. Huge variety and very tasty food. The dining room manager arranged a vegan breakfast especially for me.

    Hot Springs Spa is an exceptional experience for anyone who wants a huge, warm, indoor/outdoor pool, plus spa services. The buffet breakfasts and dinners are also very generous and of high quality. We visit as often as we can.
