The owners Vasili and Deniz are very friendly people and they made us feel welcome from the start. The views from the balcony and the rooms are simply stunning. If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. We travelled with our two dogs so we enjoyed the fact that they had a little garden where they could play in peace. I definitely recommend this place

We had an incredible stay at Theo’s place! Theo is truly a great guy — he did everything possible to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He surprised us with little gifts every single day, which made our stay feel extra special. The house has a lovely yard that was perfect for our child and our dog to run around and play safely — we spent so much time just enjoying the peaceful outdoor space. The location, even though it’s up on a hill, is like a focal point for everything — it’s the perfect spot to explore the surrounding area while still having privacy and amazing views. We can’t recommend this place enough, and we’ll definitely be coming back! Thanks again, Theo, for making our trip unforgettable!

I have been to this villa before. Now I have been in September, when the weather is very pleasant. The house is spacious, had a separate pool, a huge garden, a gazebo, a place for barbecue. Parking right next to the house. Check in and check out were quick and hassle free, the company that manages the property communicated professionally before my arrival. The pool was cleaned several times during my stay. A quality comprehensive cleaning was provided 1 x, including towel and bed linen changes. Beach towels were not changed for us. From the house it is very close to Elephant beach ( approx 20 m) Pefkohori beach is also relatively quickly accessible, the centre of Pefkohori approx 5 min. The location is not noisy as it is in a residential development away from the centre. I had a nice holiday.

The apartment is more than excellent, it is decorated with taste and literally thought of every little thing you need for your stay. I can only say that I am delighted with the accommodation, the location, the beach, parking a few steps away, and the store as well. You get sunbeds and an umbrella that are included in the price of accommodation. Many thanks to Anastasia, who welcomed us wonderfully and explained everything nicely. In short, you won't go wrong if you choose this accommodation, it's worth more than it costs.
