Second time here: it is so nice with the onsen and night time noodles. Location is great, right in the center and close to the subway to the airport, but still very quite. And the bed is comfortable. The staff is very helpful and nice. I will return!

We have stayed in many Dormy Inn Hotels across Japan, and all of them did not disappoint us. Their onsen is great, and they also provide free ice cream, yakult and supper. This Dormy Inn Hotel is located beside Canal City shopping mall and is walkable to Hakata and Tenjin (we walked many times). However, if you are tired from walking, there's a train station (Kushida shrine station) right in front of the hotel. This hotel is also a 15min drive away from the airport.

All staff provided excellent service. One of the front desk staff is a Chinese, who can speak both Chinese and Japanese. He was very helpful. He offered us his mobile contact to ensure we could safely get a taxi back to the hotel from the outlet nearby. Exceed our expectations. Thank you so much.

Plenty of choice at breakfast. The onsen is great. The staff will always call you a taxi to the station (only 750 yen) and once an hour in the middle of the day there is a free shuttle bus.
