Was perfect location for my first night in Osaka after a 20 hour flight as I had no desire to navigate the subway so late in the day. Check in was seamless thanks to the dinosaur receptionists and I’m grateful I didn’t have to interact with any humans. The hotel is located right next to a well stocked supermarket where I picked up excellent fruit and sushi. I had an amazing run with stunning views the next morning along the river.

very very good experience in Japan, when I sleep above a tatami bed, I feel like in Japanese drama. Enjoy the サウナ most, if it is possible I wish I can stay here for the rest of my life😆 Thanks for the owner, he pick us up several times from the train station. It really helps! I was in the hotel only for bridging a long transit time between two flights. Easily reachable by train from the airport, the hotel is at walking distance (some 15 minutes) from the train station. Nice breakfast buffet, I wished I had more time for it.

Oh my! The absolute best hotel we stayed at. The ryokan was absolute. Outside foot bath. Hot stone rest room. Onsen in and out real onsen (people go there more for that). The dinner was a poetry. All music to my ears. Absolute amazing place.

the peacefulness of the location. super easy to get to from the train. the full cultural experience and the staff were the most attentive people I’ve ever come across! the best “first timers” bathhouse experience and instructions on how to use a Yukata. lots of staff spoke great English and were very helpful! the Futon was more comfortable than I thought!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was really welcoming the onsens are great and for private use. The food was amazing. The room had all the possible comfort you can imagine. This stay was not cheap but worth the money.
