    The staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. The onsen/hot baths are very nice. The lobby area is nice and modern too. Location is pretty good if you need to fly out of Komatsu airport.

    The onsen and history was great! The size and value was good as well. From the drivers taking our picture at the end and waiting for us at the start. How helpful and kind the staff was, and the nice lady who made us a traditional Japanese breakfast!

    The onsen was wonderful, the dinner exceptional but the room was not tidy enough We were missing some towels, the bathroom was too small and the floor too cold -
