Hong KongThe service is excellent. Especially Mr Matsumoto Yuto who has been very helpful and his service to us not only in detail but also with passion.
Matsumoto san had made extra effort to translate our daily Kaiseki menu in English and also patiently explained to us the food, as well as the sake. He was cheerful and fun as well.
The staffs in the Club resort also provided attentive service with enthusiasm. We enjoyed our stay very much.

They helped us getting around for little money. Shuttle to the Station in Shingu included. Super good food, a surprise in the morning and evenings. The onsen was open early and late.
