this is such a cute place to live in. Traditional tatami style but really clean and comfortable. it’s also very conveniently located, right next to The Central station. the staff are also so nice. and the best part is of course that you get to use the onsen bath. overall, it’s the perfect place to base oneself in if you are exploring Nachi falls

The staff was very kind. The hotel was generally very nice. Being an older hotel makes it have a more pleasant atmosphere.

We loved the onsens looking out at the ocean both in the day and the night. Its a very special experience to be warm in the onsen and then watch the oceans powerful waves. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room and watched the sunrise . It was also near Nachi falls which is very beautiful. Its a busy hotel but the staff were still incredibly helpful. Thankyou-We will remember this place forever!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was impeccably clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, allowing us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, making our travels much easier. One of the highlights was the dinner. I highly recommend the tuna meal, it was absolutely delicious! The onsen was also very relaxing, providing a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The location is convenient , just a short walk from the JR station and bus stop, which made exploring the area a breeze. Additionally, there’s a manga shelf near the back stairs. If you’re a fan of anime, you’ll definitely enjoy this feature! Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

Such a lovely hotel with wonderful staff. The views from the hotel are great, we had a sea view room. We asked for help with a dinner reservation and the hotel found us a fantastic and friendly local restaurant (great tempura!) and also drove us there and back. Also a mention for the outdoor onsen, one of the best we’ve been to. We stayed here 1 night after a day in Hongu and Nachi, it’s a great place to stay close to Nachi. Great value for money too.

Beautiful resort at the edge of town which makes it very quiet. Very clean and almost everyone of the staff was friendly. The onsen was easy enough to understand for non-japanese speaking guests (do read the general social rules on the internet for onsen please). I did not make use of the restaurant so I cannot judge. The bed was good and the thick curtains made sure it stayed very dark in the room.

We loved this resort. The family room was beautiful, designed like a house and with plenty of space. There were beautiful views from every room, including the bathroom. Dinner and breakfast were both buffets with plenty of options and delicious food, I highly recommend including those. The staff were incredibly helpful and we easily booked time in one of the private onsens. This was superb! The water was incredible and the surroundings were beautiful, so easy to relax and enjoy.

The hotel staff really went extra miles to help us. Due to an accident, our train was delayed for one hour , we missed the prearranged pickup, nevertheless, when we called the hotel, they immediately sent the bus to pick us up from JR station. The food is really wonderful, the waitresses were very attentive and thoughtful. Onsen is really beautiful. From outdoor Onsen, you could see ocean and sakura, there is no better combination imo🤗

This is a really sweet place. The common areas are kept very clean, and the room is simple, but comfortable. The family who run the hotel are very nice and helpful. The private onsen bath is wonderful after a chilly day walking in the mountains. Location is very handy to the station, bus stop, shopping street & a supermarket.
