Such a peaceful stay amidst the craziness of Tokyo and Asakusa. The hotel is so tranquil and the room was far more spacious than we expected. After a week of walking around Tokyo, our bodies very much appreciated the hot springs.

It has a very nice atmosphere if you like classic design. A bit too Western but beautiful. The Gardens are spectacular. Make sure you see the Silk Clouds and Tokyo Moon show. I recommend experiencing it both in the evening and during the day. Nice spa, although onsen has only one pool. Very clean.

I like how the room is spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable. We're also able to pick out how soft or firm we want our pillows to be. They provide PJs which are especially comfortable. Acess to the onsen was easy and as an added bonus to the ladies, the women's onsen is secured with a code. Location is near Ikebukuro station, easy to find and accessible to convenient stores

Very well located and connected with the Terminal 3 and the metro line KK . The check in experience was seamless with kiosk . Rooms very clean , they have laundry service also in the lobby area . Would definitely recommend this for a quick overnight stay .

We stayed in the suite for 8 nights. Really good for our family of four. Really nice view from the panorama windows and you get the sunset into the room and you can also see Fuji between the buildings on a clear day. The rooftop onsen is great! 24/7 7-eleven opposite the hotel where our kids could go and get snacks and also a big supermarket two blocks away. They had free snacks and drinks in the restaurant in the evening during the weekend (when we were there at least, celebrating a festival). Several good restaurants within a few minutes walk and a quiet area. Second we stayed here and we will come again!

    The room was very clean and tidy. Although it was not very spacious, it was cleverly designed and well-equipped. I purchased a package that included access to the hot spring and both breakfast and dinner. Dinner reservations needed to be made on the Table Check website, while breakfast started promptly at 6 AM without the need for a reservation. The hot spring ticket allowed for a single entry only.

    All the free stuff - Amazing!! But seriously, the cleanliness here is unmatched compared to other hostels I have stayed at in the past 20 years. Literally they keep the place clean around the clock - and with a smile I might add. THANK YOU! The location is to die for - very accessible to all attractions, near and far. The amenities were superb, security top notch, and having an Onsen (Hot Spring) on property is just the icing on the cake. Superb property.

    Perfect location, ambience and experience. Definitely try the breakfast if you are new to Japan and want to see what an excellent breakfast is made of. Onsen is seperate for ladies which is excellent for travellers who are new to the hot springs experience.

    Great onsen. The hot spring was black tea colored because of all the minerals. Beautiful shower area with hot ceramic pot/tubs. Sauna is a steam sauna. very clean comfortable hotel. Very safe. Lots of great tourist attractions nearby.
