Extraordinary, kind and attentive staff, beautiful facilities. The meals were fantastic. Hotel is in a rather remote area, expect mainly Japanese speaking guests and staff. Translation apps will be helpful :)

Highly recommended. The staff are standout super efficient, always available and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean and newly refurbished (especially the rooms). The Japanese breakfast was an amazing experience. If we had to do this northwest region again we'd definitely repeat this as our base.

Excellent establishment, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was very cozy and clean. The environment was peaceful and calming. We enjoyed the spring bath too! The hotel offers a shuttle car to pick up and drop you off at the nearest station which is very convenient. We were welcomed by very kind staff who made our stay extra nice. Thank you!
