At first we were kind of sceptical because of the noisy neighbors and the not so glamorous sourandings but the place is quite near the city centre. We apreciated that the ac was on when we arrived as it was raining all day and there is no central heating system. We slept in confortable beds and the kitchen was good equipped. I would recomand the place.

Apartment was amazing; spacious, had great appliances. Even though the apartment lies next to the street, we didn't hear any traffic inside because the windows were sound proof. The AC is located in every room and there is a nice shade on the balcony (sliding metal door) so it was never warm even if it was hot outside. For extra hot days, the jacuzzi that this apartment offers, was such a great alternative to the beach. We also loved the underground parking and elevator, there were no stairs. It was a 3 min drive to the the central city parking & the beach. There are also stairs that lead to the city center. Overall we had a very lovely stay!

The facility is exactly like in photos. Everything was clean and each guest had 3 towel set. Master bedroom has a small deck, which allows you the perfect view of the Marina from it. The beds are soft, which we liked, but may not be to someone's taste. Also, 6 people can comfortably sleep in here. The parking and trash cans are right in front of the house, which was great. Kitchen has all the appliances you need for cooking, oven, microwave oven, full sized fridge, coffee maker etc. What was important for us, since it was colder weather is heating. The AC in the living room could warm up the whole area and there is additional heater in the master bedroom. So if you are travelling in colder months, this accommodation is perfect for you :). The upper deck is perfect for sitting all day, but it is a little colder at night, so it would be good to grab a blankets that can be found in the living room. The host Tatiana was so kind, she even told us we can call her if we needed anything else. Somebody wrote that there was a problem with the deposit, but everything run smoothly in our case. There was no problem with receiving business invoice. Definitely will be coming back :)

Wonderful location. Clean and modern.peaceful. Our host ,Ramon was exceptionally kind and helpful which made everything much easier.

I loved the whole concept. Just to wake up in the morning with the view of the boats in Marina is perfect. The house is more like a apartment with a perfect uper deck, with Jacuzzi and the view. You can really organize your time as you like, be active or just take it easy. In the evening is perfect moment to relax and watch the stars from hot Jacuzzi tub. Everything is close by. The beach is not a perfect one but it’s close one and you can always easily go for the swim. The house has everything you need and the host Igor was helpful in organizing everything to run smoothly. Thank you for that. I will definitely come again.

Excellent location, very clean and very well equipped. Kitchen had everything you could need, the deck had 6 chairs and a large table, two beds and a whirlpool. Location was very good, although somewhat crowded between all the other floating houses. Walking distance to Portorož centre.

House in Istria in pristine nature features a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 27 km of San Giusto Castle and 28 km of Piazza Unità d'Italia.

Everything! The interior was beautiful, the indoor & outdoor kitchen functional, the bed comfortable, the fireplace romantic and the gardens spectacular. We were welcomed most heartfelt with a cheese platter and warm fireplace. We had our 2 young cats with us that enjoyed the huge olive gardens and oak tree woods. A hidden paradise!
