The check in process was very smooth, Clarissa was very helpful and accommodating at the reception. The rooms were very clean and beautiful interiors and good size. The best part was All inclusive and it was nice having drinks whenever we wanted it . The food was good too and had good variety

The apartment was very clean and beautiful, a home away from home. We checked in late on a Friday and i was worried it was going to be troublesome to access the apartment. It went smoothly more than i anticipated and the staff Yusuf and Muzafeer were a text message away. They made the stay very comfortable for me and my family. Definitely we will come back again and thank you for the gift.

The Hotel : When you see from outside, you see it normal. not attractive. BUT from inside WaaaaoW amazing. very nice hotel location, near Manar Mall, Naeem Mall, Corniche & Beach. Restaurant is rich, Hotel is very clean, management & Staff are superb.

The property was one of the best that we have been to. Perfect location, very clean, nice pool for the kids (which my niece called a water park :p), a temperature controlled adult pool and a very very clean beach. The breakfast was very good as well, decent variety.
