The location is beautiful and the room, dining room and pool all have a beautiful view. There is a small city nearby with everything we needed - a great supermarket, coffee shops and bakeries, and restaurants. Nearby, there are amazing natural sites, as well as cities to visit, and everything is quite close. We went to hot springs in nature, hiked, saw Montepulciano, and visited wineries. Also, during this stay, we had family with us, including a baby, and there was lots of open space and grass for her as well.

Fantastic views, superb rooms. Everything was super thoughtfully provided for our stay. Beautiful room and lounge areas, with hot springs and restaurant overlooking the natural scenery. The staff were super attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended place to unwind after a drive.

Very nice but place to stay for a quiet holiday. Close to nature and the hot spring. The owner is very nice and kind guy. The house is very cozy, warm and clean

all good and well beyond expectations. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for your stay and is within walking distance to the hot springs complex. Highly recommended.

Amazing views, super clean, spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully furnished. We really enjoyed our stay and meeting our gracious hosts Letizia and Georgio. A special place to stay that is within easy driving distance of many wonderful hill towns and hot springs. We hope to return!

A quiet, airy place where you can't hear the noise of the city, There is a natural hot spring within 5 minutes by walk. Thank you to the accommodation that has everything ready and the host who responds quickly.

Amazing location, very quiet and relaxing, in the middle of the countryside, The room was big and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The room had a cute terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the view. Good breakfast, offering a variety of home-made cakes, tarte and croissant. With a 10 minutes walk you could reach the Piscine Carletti, a public thermal hot springs.

Dreamy place! It's an old mansion with beautifully views. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is very nice and available all the time. We were celebrating our anniversary and got a surprise in our room with balloons flowers and fruits. We got a lot of recommendations for restruants, activities, hot springs etc.. Great location between all the beautiful cities of tuscany. Great for "star" trip. Also the restaurant of the hotel was excellent.

The owner Raffaele has done an amazing job taking over the property during Covid and has created a relaxed place including garden and pool for both adults and children. The location is AAA+, next to the best 'Vino Nobile' vineyards of Boscarelli at a 5 min walk, 10 minutes to the Medieval Tuscan city of Montepulciano and super close to all places of interest, hot springs, the lakes, supermarkets and 1,5 hour from Florence. A train station is nearby, going both to Rome and Florence. A hidden gem in South Tuscany!

Very clean tidy property in a perfect location to visit the hot springs, only a few minutes walk away.
