We are a family of 5, not speaking Japanese, the hotel front desk helped us a lot on transportation to and from Ikeda port and local supermarket. we cooked in our family suite and enjoyed three days stay. What impressed me most was the assistance of the service staff I happened to meet a young girl from Taiwan who helped us with the language barrier and was very patient in helping us translate and solve the problem! There was also a young Japanese boy who helped us with the hot spring temperature and finally helped us carry our luggage to the shuttle bus. I was very impressed by his perfect service.

Some rooms include a private hot-spring bath. Hotel staffs are all friendly and helpful, the Onsen experience at the hotel, the city was nice and peaceful.
